Reading Bingo
Let's kick off our Digital Classroom with a little reading! This is meant to be fun and if you do not have a particular type of book, you could always find a text online, or use one of the free programs to listen to or access a digital book. Click the link below to download a digital Reading Bingo Board to print. (If you are unable to print, no worries! You can create your own on a piece of paper.) Color in each box as you complete the activity. Keeping up with reading is so important, and will continue to help you improve fluency, solve tricky words, understand your texts and make connections, expand your vocabulary, and just plain old learn about something new! If you take a picture of you doing these activities, please share it with me so I can post it on our site or twitter! Happy Reading!!

Author Read Aloud
So many authors have generously provided their time and stories for us to enjoy while we are home. Get your family together, find a comfy place to relax, and listen to a story read by its very own author! Some of the favorites in my house are David Shannon, Jeff Kinney, and Mo Willems. Many of those links also offer drawing tutorials by illustrators/authors, along with lessons. Author Read Aloud List
